About The Position

Wib is looking for experienced Sales Engineer to play a key role in sales activity

The SE leads all technical activities in the sales process with full project and solution responsibility from the opportunity phase and through the entire sales cycle.

The SE’s typical day-to-day activities includes giving product demonstrations to potential customers, translating the customers requirements into a high-level design, liaising between the customer and other Wib’s departments R&D & Product to finalize the design and playing a hands-on role in POC activities.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with the CRO & Sales team on strategy to drive additional revenue and provide support to achieve sales goals
  • Work closely with the R&D & Product teams to identify needs and support solving them
  • Map, Define and implement mature sales process to support scale.
  • Providing technical assistance to the sales team during sales processes & calls.
  • Build long-term relationships with customers , through managing and interpreting their requirements
  • Leading Proof of Concept activities in the region.
  • Providing technical assistance to Marketing for regional events

Requirements

  • 3-5 years’ Experience of enterprise cybersecurity; customer facing/system engineering experience: Application Security / SaaS solutions / WAF/RASP 
  • Technical knowledge of APIs, Rest (Medium knowledge), API gateways (such us: Nginx, Envoy and more), system architecture and Kubernetes.
  • previous experience in sales process and perform as sales rep.- Advantage.
  • Agile state of mind
  • Hands on person who is mitigate between customer needs to internal teams.
  • Love to work collaboratively with customers to solve hard problems.
  • Can translate customer feedback into product features.
  • have the ability to articulate use-cases and value eloquently. 
  • Self driven with strong presentation skills and attention to details. 
  • Great communication and presentation skills
  • Previous experience in being a Sales engineering single point of contact in an early-stage startup- advantage.
